We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne.
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Joining a well-established clinic with a team of experienced primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers
- In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care
- Supportive, collaborative physician and hospital leadership structure
- Evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
- No ER call
- Clinics have a strong community reputation with a loyal patient base
- Access to a full range of specialists within the healthcare system
- Robust onboarding and outreach support with strong clinical staff
- Open to new graduates
- Must be board-certified and have completed U.S. residency training
**Compensation and Benefits may include:**
- Total compensation $300K+
