**Post-Acute Care APP Opening in ID**
Located in Lewiston, Idaho
**About the Position**
A full-time NP or PA is sought to join a post-acute care team within a respected regional medical center. This role offers a balanced schedule, supportive team structure, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative inpatient-focused environment.
-Schedule: 36 patient care hours + 4 admin hours
-Call: Shared daily and weekend rotation
-Average 15–20 patients per day
-Team structure: 1 MD, 2 NPs
-Post-acute care focus within a hospital-employed model
**Practice Setting**
-145-bed general acute care hospital
-Largest full-service medical center between Boise, ID and Spokane, WA
-Level III Trauma Center
-Over 100 board-certified physicians and providers across specialties
-Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and support
**Qualifications**
-Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
-Eligible for Idaho licensure and DEA with full prescriptive authority
**Compensation and Benefits**
-Base salary starting at $125,000 + wRVU incentives
-$10K sign-on bonus
-$10K relocation assistance
-$2K CME allowance

-20 days PTO
