**Orthopaedic Surgery – Foot & Ankle Opening in ID**
Located in Lewiston, Idaho
Foot & Ankle fellowship strongly preferred
**About the Position**
An experienced Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon is sought to join a well-established orthopedic team within a hospital-employed setting. This is an excellent opportunity to build a focused subspecialty practice while collaborating with a strong, supportive surgical group.
-Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 8a–5p, Friday 8a–12p
-Schedule: Flexible with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 admin hours
-Call: Foot/ankle only – approximately 10 days/month; option to take general ortho call (1:7 rotation)
-Average 15–20 patients per day
-Established orthopedic team with subspecialty support (spine, hand, general orthopedics)
-Full clinic and administrative support staff
**Practice Setting**
-145-bed general acute care hospital
-Largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, ID and Spokane, WA
-Level III Trauma Center
-More than 100 board-certified physicians and providers
-Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
**Qualifications**
-Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
-Foot & Ankle fellowship strongly preferred
-Eligible for Idaho medical license and DEA with full prescriptive authority
**Compensation and Benefits**
-Base salary starting at $430K + wRVU production incentive or pure production model
-$50K sign-on bonus
-$15K relocation assistance
-$5K CME allowance
