**About the Position**
A well-established women’s health clinic is seeking a Family Medicine physician with OB experience to join a collaborative and long-standing team. This is a strong opportunity to build a balanced practice with a significant OB focus while working in a supportive, stable environment.

-Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
-Flexible schedule with 36 patient care hours per week
-OB call rotation 1:3 with additional FTE and locums support
-Practice mix: approximately 60% OB
-Patient volume: 25–30 per day once ramped
-Team includes OB physician, locums support, uro support for GYN, ultrasound tech, lab tech, and RN support
-Approximately 300 deliveries per year
-No robotics required
-Outpatient therapy support for pelvic floor and women’s health needs
-Stable, experienced staff with long-term tenure

**Qualifications**
-BE/BC in Family Medicine
-Surgical OB fellowship or equivalent experience required (C-sections, etc.)
-Eligible for Mississippi medical license and DEA

**Compensation and Benefits**
-Base salary starting at $300K plus wRVU production incentives
-$50K sign-on bonus
