**Locums | Trauma Surgery APP (NP/PA) | Nights Only | Robbinsdale, MN**
**Why This Role**
- High-acuity Level I trauma center experience
- Autonomous APP role with strong surgeon support
- Flexible schedule with up to full-time coverage available
**Assignment Details**
- Start: May 2026
- End: July 2026
- Schedule: Night shifts (7p–7:30a)
- Setting: Inpatient Trauma / Hospitalist Rounding
- EMR: Epic
**Clinical Details**
- Trauma hospitalist rounding role
- 10–14 patients/day (non-ICU), ~6 ICU patients
- Additional ED consults, admissions, and trauma activations
- Autonomous APP role with 24/7 trauma surgeon support
- Procedures may include chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines, vent management, and laceration repair
**Requirements**
- Board Certified (ACNP, AGNP, or PA-C)
- No FNPs
- Active Minnesota license required at name clear
- ATLS, ACLS, PALS required
- Minimum 1 year inpatient APP experience (trauma/ICU preferred)
- DEA required (verbal at submission)
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Local candidates preferred
