• On-Call Shift Schedule: 12 or 24-hour shifts
      - In-house call (7a – 7a)
• Call Type: In-House

• Case Mix: High-risk pregnancies, obstetrical emergencies, C-sections

FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: TBD
• Trauma Level: Level I or II
• EMR System: Epic (Excellian)
• Office Equipment Available: OBIX fetal monitoring system
• Specialty Backup Available: Maternal Fetal Medicine (24/7 access)
• Support Staff Available: OB/GYN providers, MFM specialists
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental coverage

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (Emergency temps for clean files)
• Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Rate: TBD
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Cesarean sections
• High-risk obstetric management
• Emergency obstetrical procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active MN license preferred or IMLC required
• Board: Board Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: Trauma Level I or II experience required
• Other Qualifications: Ability to manage high-risk pregnancies

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide 24-hour in-house OB hospitalist coverage
• Manage high-risk obstetric patients with MFM support
• Respond to obstetrical emergencies and urgent care needs
• Assist with C-sections and other obstetrical procedures
• Collaborate with in-house OB/GYN and clinical teams
