Overview:
Seeking an experienced RN for a flex/float pool assignment covering med-surg, telemetry, ICU, and other units as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• BLS required
• ACLS or other specialty certifications preferred (based on unit assignment)
• Clinical experience in med-surg, telemetry, ICU, or float/flex pool preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs across assigned units
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status and emergencies
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and health management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varying unit workflows
