Seeking a Nurse Practitioner with endocrinology experience for locum tenens outpatient coverage in Jonesboro, GA (30236). Assignment runs May 28, 2026 – Aug 31, 2026, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. This clinical-only role is supplemental coverage across Southwood and Gwinnett facilities. Agency covers travel, lodging, and malpractice.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient endocrinology care, maintaining an average panel of ~12 patients per day.
- Document all encounters in Epic.
- Coordinate with the existing clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
- BC or BC-eligible in relevant specialty.
- Active Georgia NP license.
- Prior endocrinology clinical experience.
