Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Circulating Experience
- Proficient in Ortho - specifically total joints, hip fx, arthroscopy, ORIFs, and shoulder scopes and replacements
- Proficient with the following: General, Neuro, Vascular, Gyn, and Urology
- Candidate's Permanent Address(will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
- Illinois license
- BLS (AHA)
