Weekend Requirements: None
Hours: 35 hours/week
Pay Rate: $2,198 / 35 hours
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year SLP clinical experience (LTC or rehab preferred)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Oklahoma state license
- New graduates accepted only if they have Level II clinical experience (Level I observation alone is insufficient)
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, treatment, and documentation for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in a long-term care/rehab setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Credentials/Compliance:
- Active OK SLP licensure required prior to start
- CCC-SLP required
