Assignment Type: Contract / Travel (Long-Term Care / Rehab)
Schedule: Days, 8 hours/day, 35 hours/week; no weekend requirement
Rate: $2,198 per 35-hour week
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year SLP experience (LTC or rehab preferred)
- Oklahoma state license
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- New graduates accepted only if they have completed Level II clinical experience (Level I observation alone is not sufficient)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to long-term care/rehab patients per facility protocols and state regulations
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Compliance:
- Must hold current Oklahoma license and CCC-SLP prior to start date
