Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) LTC Days in Ada, OK | $2,020/35-hr, No Weekends, Start 5/25/26

We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a long-term care team in Ada, Oklahoma, starting 05/25/2026. This is a contract/travel opportunity working day shifts (8-hour days) with no weekend requirements. The assignment is 35 hours per week with a pay rate of $2,020/35-hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing occupational therapy services in an LTC/rehab setting
• Evaluating residents, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting progress
• Collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support resident outcomes

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of OT experience (LTC or rehab preferred)
• Active Occupational Therapist license (Oklahoma license required)
• New grads are welcome if they have completed a Level II fieldwork (not just Level I observation)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
