Join a dynamic team in Salida, CO, as a contract Registered Nurse supporting Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery services. This night-shift role (6p–6a) starts ASAP and offers $3,078 per 36-hour assignment.

Key qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Experience in L&D, postpartum, or nursery nursing preferred
• Current BLS and NRP; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-education skills

Core responsibilities:

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery
• Provide hands-on assistance with labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn management
• Administer medications and interventions and perform newborn assessments
• Educate families on postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding
• Accurately document care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
