Rate: Travel $1,950/35 hrs; Local $1,918/35 hrs

Required qualifications

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license
• CPR and BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross, AED included)

Primary responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental status to identify limitations and establish goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary team.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to restore or improve daily living skills and independence.
• Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and strategies to improve independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress; revise treatment plans as indicated.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation (evaluations, treatment notes, discharge summaries).
• Coordinate care with rehabilitation team members to support safe return to home and work.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and stay current with OT best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
