Registered Nurse Unit Manager (13-Week Contract) - Franklin, NH

Join a 13-week contract in Franklin, NH as a Nurse Unit Manager overseeing daily clinical operations and promoting high-quality, patient-centered care. Start ASAP. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:30. Local rate: $2,360/40 hours.

Required qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• Prior nursing leadership experience
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure adherence to policies and standards of care
• Supervise patient care delivery, including assessments, medication administration, documentation, and timely adjustments to care plans
• Participate in staffing and scheduling to maintain safe, efficient coverage
• Mentor and educate nursing staff to foster professional development and clinical competence
• Monitor quality and compliance, conduct audits, and implement improvement actions
• Coordinate communication among the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and promote a patient-centered environment
• Respond to medical emergencies per established protocols
• Ensure accurate, timely electronic health record documentation
• Stay current with healthcare regulations and ensure staff compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
