JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC/BE required
- Licenses: Licensed in CA
- DEA: Active DEA required
- Certifications: BLS
- Other Qualifications: Candidate CVs must include month/date for work experience and education with all employment gaps accounted for; chart closure within 72 hours; must provide proof of required immunizations (Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap).
- Provide outpatient primary care services to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
- Manage chronic pain cases as part of the clinical workload.
- Maintain a minimum patient volume of 18 patients per day.
- Ensure timely clinical documentation with chart closure within 72 hours.
- Collaborate with support staff including RNs and MAs to deliver high-quality patient care.
