Join a busy outpatient team in Crescent City, CA as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant (W2 contract) providing supplemental clinical coverage. This full-time role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (4 weeks per month), starting ASAP and ongoing. You will manage a mixed pediatric and adult panel with an average daily volume of ~18 patients, supported by 1 RN and 2 MAs. Documentation is completed in Epic with chart closure required within 72 hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient health needs; perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Develop, institute, and manage treatment plans and chronic disease/panel management.
• Provide chronic pain management as needed and coordinate care with the care team.
• Perform related clinical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Active California license; board certified/board eligible.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar outpatient/panel management setting.
• Current BLS, PALS, CPR, and DEA registration.
• Up-to-date immunizations and TB status/X-ray.
• Experience with chronic pain management preferred.
