Job Description
- Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch
- 6-8 outpatients per day with 60 to 90 min appointments
- Four Corners Regional Health Center facility
- Webex platform available for telehealth
- Outpatient only for child, adolescent and adult
- 10% child, 20% adolescent, 70% adult patient mix
- 2-3 medchecks per day
- Hospital privileges required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
