Experience with Geriatric Care.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of NP / PA experience.
Strong interest in practicing value-based healthcare is ideal, experience a plus.
The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Team are currently migrating to EPIC from a proprietary EHR.
Salary range: negotiable base salary based on experience, sign on bonus, annual bonus, relocation and benefits are in addition to the base range.
