Seeking a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible CRNA for locum tenens coverage in Eureka, CA. This outpatient position begins Aug 1, 2026 and continues ongoing, with a minimum of two weeks per month. Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Coverage is clinical only; travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided.

Clinical scope and volume

• Average daily case volume: ~8 patients.
• Practice environment: single OR outpatient facility using Epic EMR. Support staff includes 12 RNs and 6 office personnel.
• Hospital privileges required.

Core responsibilities

• Provide general anesthesia for adults and pediatrics, manage ventilation, and continuously monitor vital signs.
• Evaluate and treat acute volume and blood pressure issues intraoperatively.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (CRNA).
• Active California RN license and CA DEA registration.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
