Radiology Physician — Hospital-Employed, Sign-On Bonus & No Routine Weekends (Great Falls, MT)

Join a growing, multispecialty medical group in beautiful Great Falls, MT as a full-time, in-house radiology physician. You’ll work in a collaborative, hospital-employed setting that uses modern imaging equipment and EHR/PACS tools, and that’s committed to high-quality patient care. While experience is preferred, new graduates and early-career physicians are encouraged to apply.

What you’ll do:

• Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies — MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray — with opportunities to add Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, or select Interventional Radiology based on your interests and skills.
• Act as a key point of contact with our teleradiology partners to support quality, accuracy, and consistent workflow.
• Work primarily with adult patients using Meditech Expanse EHR, Fuji Synapse PACS, and PowerScribe.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday with no routine weekend requirements.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Eligibility for Montana medical licensure
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to accurate, high-quality imaging interpretation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
