Experienced Family Medicine Physician — Advanced Primary Care in Scottsdale (High Pay & Generous Benefits)

We’re looking for an experienced Family Medicine physician to join our growing Advanced Primary Care team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a 100% on-site role caring for a diverse patient population in an integrated, team-based setting. What you’ll bring

• An MD or DO from an accredited medical school and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds.
• At least five years of clinical experience preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Arizona medical license, active DEA registration, and Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• BLS certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working in value-based, integrated care models and basic proficiency with EMR systems.
• A commitment to exceptional patient service and professionalism.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary: $240,000–$265,000, commensurate with experience.
