Who you are

• You hold a medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Licensed to practice in Arizona (active, unrestricted) and holding valid DEA registration
• Clinically confident with excellent bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Dedicated to collaborative care and serving diverse community needs
