Locum Neurosurgeon – Trauma & Acute Care (Corpus Christi, TX)

We are seeking a Locum Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon to provide trauma and acute-care coverage with an elective component at an ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center on the South Texas Gulf Coast. This position offers a flexible block schedule, strong APP support, and work in a modern facility with an attractive coastal lifestyle.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide trauma and acute inpatient neurosurgical coverage
• Manage emergency neurosurgical cases and inpatient care
• Perform elective neurosurgical procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and APPs
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and quality standards

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current experience in trauma neurosurgery

Compensation & Benefits

• $4,600 per 24-hour shift
