Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Per Diem Hospitalist to provide coverage for PTO, FMLA, and vacation periods in Littleton, NH. This inpatient, hospital-based role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Opportunity to add Urgent Care shifts is available for those interested.
Compensation
- $120–$130+ per hour (DOE)
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver inpatient care: evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and allied staff to ensure cohesive care plans.
- Lead discharge planning and care transitions to support safe patient throughput.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
- Provide reliable coverage for scheduled vacation and leave periods.
Qualifications
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Minimum two years’ hospitalist experience preferred.
- Valid DEA registration.
- Active New Hampshire medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
