Board-Certified General Surgeon — Elective/Non-Trauma Practice (Arkansas)

What you’ll do

• Perform a full range of elective general surgery procedures.
• Provide endoscopic services, including EGD and colonoscopy.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff to deliver coordinated care.
• Help expand and develop the elective surgery program and its services.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold high standards of patient care.

Schedule and practice setting

• Elective-focused general surgery (no trauma responsibilities).
• 3 weeks on, 1 week off—consistent, predictable scheduling centered on planned inpatient and outpatient procedures.

What we’re looking for

• Board Certified in General Surgery.
• Active Arkansas medical license or the ability to obtain one.
• Hands-on experience with endoscopy, including EGD and colonoscopy.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
