Locum Tenens Radiologist — High Clinical Focus (95% Patient Care) in Columbia, SC, General & Interventional

We’re looking for a Board-Certified Radiologist to provide locum tenens coverage in Columbia, South Carolina. This position is highly clinical—about 95% of your time will be devoted to direct patient care—and offers a broad mix of diagnostic and interventional cases in a collaborative, well-supported setting.

What you’ll do

• Provide high-quality diagnostic and interventional radiology services across multiple modalities.
• Interpret and perform studies including diagnostic radiology, ultrasound, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and a range of IR procedures.
• Deliver timely, accurate image interpretations that support patient diagnosis and treatment decisions.
• Work closely with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Keep thorough, compliant documentation for all procedures and interpretations.
• Follow established clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Who we’re looking for

• Board Certified in Radiology (American Board of Radiology)
• South Carolina medical license preferred

• Comfortable working independently while coordinating with clinical teams
