Job Description
Join a close-knit rural practice in Groveton (Northumberland), New Hampshire, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to all ages (or adults) with autonomy and the chance to build long-term relationships while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
Position highlights:
- Competitive base salary with potential wRVU productivity and quality bonuses ($250,000–$300,000 USD)
- Signing and retention bonuses; relocation assistance
- No weekend or holiday shifts; possible participation in daytime call rotation (no after-hours)
- Five weeks vacation, five sick days, one week CME plus $4,000 CME allowance
- Attractive benefits package, including retirement plans and malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Clinical schedule: 36 patient hours + 4 administrative hours; typical daily patient volume 16–22
- EMR: Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation
Requirements:
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine per Medical Staff Bylaws
- ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Completion of an ACGME, AOA, or Royal College residency
- Comfortable managing an independent patient panel and practicing autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with patients, families, and colleagues
