Key details

• Compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package
• Schedule: Typically 7–9 twenty‑four hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly); full-time with flexibility to create your own schedule
• No outpatient office management responsibilities or traditional on-call duties

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Washington medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proficiency in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
