Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Primary Care (Tyrone, GA)

Location: Tyrone, Georgia — outpatient clinic

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (shift coverage rotates within those hours)
• One weekend every other week: Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears); manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs in the primary care setting, including walk-ins
• Provide preventive care counseling and support patient wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain professional interactions with patients and staff
• Average panel/throughput: ~2.0–2.2 patients per hour (includes walk-ins)

Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
