Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Duluth, GA (Flexible 3‑Day Week, No Call, Incentives)

We’re looking for a caring Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our expanding outpatient team in Duluth, Georgia. You’ll work in a patient-focused, collaborative practice with a flexible schedule, extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties. Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients on prevention and wellness
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Collaborate closely with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional, respectful interactions with patients and teammates

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $230,000–$280,000 plus a 20–30% incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, per opening)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to patient-centered care
