OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Chesapeake & VA Locations (Full-Time, No Call)

What the role looks like

• Full-time hospitalist position with a flexible schedule you help design.
• Typical clinical commitment is 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month).
• No office management responsibilities and no traditional on-call duties.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Licensed in Virginia or able to obtain a Virginia license.
• Skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator and team player with a patient-centered approach.
• Committed to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement.
