Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient) — Hamilton, GA — Flexible Schedule, No Call

Join a growing outpatient team in Hamilton, Georgia, where you’ll practice patient-centered medicine in a supportive, collaborative setting. We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values high-quality, comprehensive care and prefers a predictable, flexible schedule—no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend shift every other week, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent-care needs within the primary care setting and see walk-ins
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate closely with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with patients and colleagues
• Expect a patient volume of roughly 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins

Compensation & benefits

• Base pay $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care
