Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Practice, Braselton GA (3 Days/Wk, No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Braselton, GA. This is a clinic-based role with extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call duties.

Schedule

• 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), shifts within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: one shift, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage patient volume of ~2–2.2 patients/hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional communication with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% productivity/incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
