OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Hazleton & West Chester, PA (Full-Time, No Call)

We’re looking for experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join our team in Hazleton (and also opportunities in West Chester), Pennsylvania. This role focuses on improving patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital receives consistent, expert care from an OB/GYN hospitalist.

You’ll work closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a balanced lifestyle. Ideal candidates are clinically strong, communicate clearly, value quality improvement, and are passionate about advancing obstetric care.

What this role offers

• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist position with flexibility to build your own schedule
• Typical workload: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain one
• Experience managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
