Locum Tele-Neurologist — Remote Stroke & Inpatient Neuroconsults (Flexible Schedule)

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role is ideal if you want flexible, ongoing telemedicine work—whether as supplemental income or a long-term practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do:

• Provide remote neurologic consultations for ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular treatment
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters in the EMR

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO with Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; fellowship or experience in vascular neurology is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Licenses in hand are preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfort managing acute neurologic cases remotely
