Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team providing consistent, expert care for pregnant women presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians in a hospitalist model that prioritizes patient safety and physician work/life balance.

Key details

• Compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annual salary plus full benefits
• Schedule: Full-time hospitalist; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off/month); flexible scheduling and ability to create your own schedule
• No office management duties or home-call responsibilities

Core responsibilities

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including management of obstetric emergencies
• Coordinate care with local obstetricians, nursing, anesthesia, and other hospital teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols

Required qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
