Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Acute Stroke & Inpatient Consults

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role is ideal if you want flexible, ongoing telemedicine work—whether as supplemental shifts or a long-term remote practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation for emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Experience with stroke care preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Comfort managing acute neurologic cases remotely

Licensing notes

• Candidates with licenses already in hand are preferred
• Common states we staff include FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, and CA — additional licenses will be supported/paid as needed
