Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — 100% Remote, Flexible Shifts, $210-220/hr

We are recruiting Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospital and emergency department services across multiple states. This ongoing opportunity offers flexible scheduling—ideal for physicians seeking supplemental shifts or a long-term telemedicine practice. Physicians will provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure, enterprise-grade telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke presentations and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Candidates with licenses in hand for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, and CA are especially welcome
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic conditions remotely
