OB/GYN Hospitalist — Belleville/Denville NJ | $300–340K, Flexible Schedule & No On-Call

What the role looks like

• Full-time hospitalist position with flexible scheduling—typically 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off)
• No on-call responsibilities or office management duties
• Work closely with local OB teams to manage inpatient OB/GYN care and obstetric emergencies

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: $300,000–$340,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain one
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing full-spectrum inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered skills
• Committed to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
