You’ll work alongside local obstetricians in a hospitalist model designed to maximize patient safety and satisfaction while giving you a predictable schedule and real work/life balance.

Opportunities are available in Kansas City, Poplar Bluff, Sedalia, Springfield and Warrensburg, Missouri.

What the role looks like

• Full-time hospitalist position with the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your life.
• Typical commitment: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month).
• No on-call responsibilities and no office management duties.
• You’ll manage inpatient OB/GYN care and obstetric emergencies, collaborating closely with local providers to ensure seamless patient care.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Licensed in Missouri or able to obtain a Missouri license.
• Skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and providing high-quality inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator who values teamwork and patient-centered practice.
• Committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
