Job Description

We are recruiting experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join a collaborative hospitalist team committed to improving patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant patient receives expert, timely care.

This role offers the autonomy of a hospital-based practice with a healthy work/life balance and close collaboration with local obstetricians. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYNs with excellent clinical and communication skills, a dedication to quality improvement, and a passion for advancing maternal and newborn care.

Locations

  • Opportunities in Fall River, Gardner, Methuen, Springfield, and Worcester, MA.

Position highlights

  • Compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annual salary plus a full benefits package
  • Schedule: Full-time hospitalist position; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly)
  • No on-call responsibilities or office management duties

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
