Location: Lexington, Kentucky (additional opportunities in Owensboro and Paducah)

Position highlights

• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 base plus full benefits
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling: typically 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly)
• No outpatient practice management or traditional call responsibilities

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Kentucky medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Clinical competence in managing obstetric emergencies and comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
