Hospital-Based Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (OB Hospitalist) — Mooresville, IN

Location: Mooresville, IN

Summary:
Join a hospitalist OB/GYN team to provide consistent, expert care for pregnant women presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining work/life balance and clinical autonomy.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits
• Full-time hospitalist role; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off)
• Flexible schedule; ability to create your own schedule
• No on-call responsibilities or office management

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Manage obstetric emergencies and stabilize patients as needed
• Coordinate care with local obstetric providers and hospital teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Indiana medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide inpatient OB/GYN care
