Remote Locums Tele-Neurologist (Board-Certified/Eligible) — Acute Stroke & Inpatient Consults

We’re looking for board-certified or board-eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and EDs across multiple states. This is an excellent fit for physicians wanting flexible supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases — including stroke alerts — using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation for ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolysis and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop treatment plans
• Document encounters in the EMR promptly and accurately

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA (additional licensing support available)
