Pediatric Physician — Outpatient Practice, North Bergen NJ (FT, Spanish Preferred)

Join a well-established pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey in a supportive, patient-centered setting that emphasizes continuity of care and community engagement. We are seeking a compassionate pediatrician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care and participate in periodic newborn rounding. This role offers a balanced schedule, no delivery duties, and the chance to build long-term relationships with patients and families.

Schedule

• Full-time, five-day workweek
• Every-other-Saturday rotation
• One weekday off during weeks when a Saturday is worked

Clinical highlights

• Outpatient-focused practice with newborn rounding only
• No delivery or C-section coverage required
• Diverse patient population, including a large Spanish-speaking community

Compensation & benefits

• Salary $190,000–$210,000, commensurate with experience and credentials

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure

• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred to support the community served
