OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Jacksonville & Multiple Florida Locations

We’re looking for experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join our team and help ensure every pregnant woman who comes to the hospital receives expert, consistent care. This role is built to improve patient safety and satisfaction by providing reliable, high-quality OB/GYN coverage every time.

Fleming Island, Fort Myers, Fort Pierce, Jacksonville, Miami, Miramar Beach, Orange Park, Pensacola, Plant City, Safety Harbor, South Miami, St. Augustine, Trinity (Florida).

What we offer

• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annual salary plus a full benefits package
• Flexible, full-time hospitalist schedule: typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month) and no office management or traditional on-call duties

What we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one
• Skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communicator and team player with a patient-centered approach
• Committed to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
