Job Description

Join a well-established pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on continuity of care and community impact. We seek a compassionate pediatrician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care with periodic newborn rounding. This role offers a balanced schedule, no delivery responsibilities, and the chance to develop long-term relationships with patients and families.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope outpatient pediatric care and participate in periodic newborn rounding
  • Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, preventive care, and developmental surveillance
  • Communicate effectively with families and coordinate care with specialists and community resources
  • Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to practice protocols and quality standards

Schedule

  • Full-time, five-day work week
  • Every-other-Saturday rotation
  • One weekday off during weeks when Saturday is worked

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary: $190,000–$210,000 (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • Spanish proficiency strongly preferred to best serve our community
