Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist Physician — Kernersville/Monroe/Rocky Mount, NC

Join a team focused on providing consistent, expert care to every pregnant woman who comes to the hospital. You’ll work alongside local obstetricians in a hospitalist model that improves patient safety and satisfaction while giving you an excellent work/life balance.

This full-time hospitalist role typically requires 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly). There are no office management duties and no additional on-call responsibilities—plus you can create a schedule that works for you.

Locations: Kernersville, Monroe, and Rocky Mount, NC.

What we’re looking for:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• North Carolina medical license, or ability to obtain one
• Experience managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, and a patient-centered approach
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
