Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Remote Stroke & Inpatient Consults (Flexible Locum)

We’re hiring neurologists who want the flexibility of remote telemedicine work while making a real difference for patients in emergency and inpatient settings. This locum tele-neurology role supports hospitals and EDs across multiple states, with ongoing needs and a mix of short- and long-term assignments. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultations—including stroke alerts—using a secure, enterprise-grade platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Deliver remote neurologic consultations to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke presentations and guide thrombolytic or endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians
• Document encounters in the EMR and ensure clear, timely communication with care teams

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely; stroke experience preferred
• Vascular neurology fellowship is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA (licensing support available if needed)
